Orders & Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days within the US, and 7–14 business days internationally. All prints are made to order and carefully packaged in rigid mailers to ensure safe delivery.
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Unframed prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. Framed prints are packaged with corner protectors and bubble wrap in reinforced boxes to prevent any damage during transit.

Prints & Quality

We use museum-grade archival paper with Giclée fine art printing. Our paper is acid-free and rated for 200+ years of lightfastness, meaning your print will look stunning for generations. It’s the same quality standard used by galleries and museums worldwide.
Giclée (zhee-CLAY) is a premium fine art printing process that uses archival-quality pigment-based inks sprayed at incredibly high resolution. The result is exceptional colour accuracy, rich detail, and prints that maintain their vibrancy for over two centuries. It’s considered the gold standard in art reproduction.
We offer four standard sizes: Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. Each artwork’s available sizes depend on the original image resolution to guarantee optimal print quality. You’ll see all available sizes on the product page.
We use calibrated colour profiles and pigment-based inks to reproduce each artwork as faithfully as possible. Our Giclée process captures subtle tonal variations and details that standard printing methods miss. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Framing

Yes! Every print can be ordered unframed or framed. Our premium frames are ready to hang right out of the box — no extra trips to the framer needed.
We offer a selection of high-quality frames in classic finishes that complement any artwork and interior style. Each frame includes a protective acrylic front panel and comes with hanging hardware already attached — simply hang and enjoy.
Yes! On each product page you can toggle the “Frame” option to see a realistic 3D preview of how the print looks framed. You can also use the wall mockup feature to visualise the art in a room setting.

Returns & Refunds

If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund. Because prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind — but we’ll always work with you to make it right.
We’re sorry if that happens! Simply take a photo of the damage and email us at hello@neverlandprints.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for it to show on your statement.
