Shipping & Production


As a custom fine art print studio, we do not carry standing inventory. Every piece from Neverland Prints is custom-made to order, hand-finished by our professional printing partner in the US, and shipped directly to your door.


Production Time


Because your art is created specifically for you, it takes a few days to print and assemble before it ships:

  • Unframed prints (paper, canvas, photo): 1–3 business days
  • Framed & matted prints: Up to 5 business days (custom-built to order)

Shipping Rates & Transit Times
Because our prints vary widely in size and framing options, shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your order's dimensions, weight, and destination.

  • United States (Standard): 3–7 business days in transit
  • International: 2–4 weeks in transit

For a realistic delivery window, simply add the production time and transit time together. Most US orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, while international orders generally take 3–5 weeks.


Shipping Addresses & PO Boxes


Because many of our prints (especially framed or larger pieces) ship via carriers like UPS and FedEx, we are generally unable to deliver to standard PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure a smooth, delay-free delivery.


Carriers & Tracking


We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the printing facility.

  • US Tracking: Remains active for the entire journey.
  • International Tracking: Depending on the carrier (such as USPS), tracking may only show progress until the package reaches the final US sort facility before it is handed off to your local international postal service.

Packaging
To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, packaging is tailored to your specific product:

  • Unframed Prints: Depending on their size, unframed prints will either ship flat in rigid, stay-flat mailers or be carefully rolled in sturdy mailing tubes.
  • Framed Prints: Shipped flat in heavy-duty, custom rigid packaging designed to protect the glass, corners, and frame finish during transit.

International Orders & Customs
Shipping costs for destinations outside the US are calculated at checkout. While transit usually takes 2–4 weeks, it can occasionally take longer due to customs processing.


Please note: Any duty fees, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
